Abstract

Desde 2004 es Director de la Federación de Industrias del Estado de São Paulo (Fiesp). Fue Director Adjunto del Departamento de Relaciones Internacionales y Comercio Exterior y, desde 2008, ocupa el cargo de Director Titular del Departamento de Infraestructura. Participa activamente en las negociaciones sobre cambio climático desde la COP 15, como miembro del Comité de Cambio Climático de FIESP. Ha coordinado y publicado numerosos libros sobre temas energéticos y artículos periodísticos.* Fue admitido en la Orden de Rio Branco, por decreto del presidente Luis Inácio Lula da Silva en 2007, en el grado de Comendador. Y, admitido en la Orden del Mérito de la Defensa, por decreto de la presidente Dilma Roussef en el año 2011, en el grado de Gran Oficial.
