Abstract

This investigation analyzes the growth of small companies which were involved in a business incubation scheme. We use a descriptive design, including participation of 44 incubated companies in a Business Incubation Program Empreser, at Hermosillo, Sonora in the year 2010, and the same number of companies not included in the program. We find the main growth development indicators (SEBRAE) are organization, position, and innovation in activities.
