Abstract

We know the importance of developing in students, in tertiary education, their full potential so that they are prepared to be relevant in the employment arena. This research examine comprehensive training received by Industrial Engineering students of the Higher Technological Institute of Monclova. The results generated will be elements to consider to identify areas of opportunity to nurture competent engineers.
