Abstract

For Decision-making in a tourist destination, the tourist´s opinion becomes relevant. It serves the entrepreneur to adjust the model and re-orientate public policies. The aim of this paper was to conduct a survey of those who visited Loreto, magical town, during 2014 second quarter. A modified CESTUR, Center for Studies of Tourism, methodology was applied to comply with ambiance differences so that we can identify opportunities and possible improvements
