Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the importance of the Commissioner’s participation in a society, the roles and responsibilities in legal, fiscal and tax issues subject to the commissioner and to fulfill the requirements to act as a commissioner of a trading company. The Commissioner function is to monitor and inspect the operations in a company to know and discuss their participation. From the Commissioner derives a series of responsibilities that he may not know. We examine specifically the situation in Mexico Monclova, Coahuila. In this area there is insufficient or no supervision exercised by the Commissioner on the managers of the company. When the commissioner knows their roles, responsibilities, rights and obligations he will be in a position to accept the post without the risk of being persuaded. We survey 30 commissioners of the city and find that 70% do not know their responsibilities and accept the position without knowing the effects.
