Abstract

The article deals with study of theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of the communication structure of management by agricultural entities' financial flows. It substantiates that financial flow management based on systemic flow approach embodies distribution function of the financial system of agricultural entities, which creates appropriate proportions of formation and use of financial flows in the communication structure of inflows and outflows. It distinguishes qualifying attributes of systemic factors of the communication structure of management by agricultural entities' financial flows. It is proven that systemic factors of the communication structure of management by financial flows significantly simplify mechanism of operation of the economic entities' financial system and thus ensure modes, methods and entire perception of arrangement of financing investment projects within specific periods of time and areas. The model construction of the communication structure of management by agricultural entities' financial flows, which embodies integrity, generity, synergism and targeting of interrelated systems (cashless payments, financial risk management, working capital management, financial planning and budgeting, attraction of new financial flows) is developed.
