Institutional Support of Intellectual Property Commercialization in Ukraine

Abstract

Currently one of the relevant tasks of the scientific community is the development and implementation of the advanced methods of the intellectual property involvement to the economic turnover to obtain maximum impact from its use. The article is devoted to the structuring of components of institutional support commercialization of intellectual property. Based on the research findings, the structure of institutional support of intellectual property commercialization was identified. Formal constituent elements of institutional support of intellectual property commercialization were characterized - formal institutes and institutions. Informal institutes of the institutional support of intellectual property commercialization were disclosed. Structure of the institutional framework was proposed. It includes the system of legislation, rules, regulations, state authorities, scientific institution, and will provide them with adjustment and generalization that will establish effective methods of intellectual property commercialization.
