The author distinguishes stages of the life cycle of the venture company with an indication of the degree of risk and the need for venture capital, which determine the accounting tasks required to reflect it. The model of lifecycle accounting of venture company is grounded. It is demonstrated the dependence of the risk, the payback period and the amount of venture financing, depending on the stage of the life cycle of the venture company.
