Conceptual Framework of the State Land Bank Establishing and Operation

Abstract

The monitoring of problems existing in the area of agricultural producers bank lending has been carried-out. In the context of development of such bank lending, the conceptual framework for the establishment and operation of the State Land Bank have been examined. The most promising and important areas of activity of State Land Bank have been selected. Based on the study performed the author supposes that establishing of the State Land Bank will contribute to accomplishment of the national objectives in the agricultural sector, stimulate the banks interest to the agricultural producers and consolidate the client database
