Innovationen haben gravierende Auswirkungen auf die notwendigen Qualifikationen, gleichzeitig spielt Qualifikation eine entscheidende Rolle im Innovationsprozess und kann die effektive Nutzung neuer Technologien durch Aus- und Weiterbildung ermöglichen.
