Betriebliche Beschäftigungspolitik - ein Problemaufriß

Abstract

"Der Überblicksbeitrag geht von einem dreifachen Verständnis von betrieblicher Beschäftigungspolitik aus: Die interne Gestaltung von Höhe und Struktur der Beschäftigung durch Betriebsleitung und Betriebs- oder Personalräte, die externe Beschäftigungspolitik mit Rückwirkung auf Betriebe sowie die betriebsbezogenen Angebote der AFG- und Beschäftigungspolitik. Betriebliche Beschäftigungspolitik läßt sich wegen der hohen Zahl, Vielfalt und Gründungs- bzw. Beendigungsturbulenz von Betrieben und wegen der höchst unterschiedlichen Betriebsstrategien nur schwer beschreiben und typisieren. Handlungs- und Umsetzungsort sind jeweils die Betriebe. Verstärkte betriebliche Beschäftigungsforschung ist nötig, um Art, Ausgaben, Wirkung und Verbesserung der betrieblichen Beschäftigungspolitik zu analysieren." (Autorenreferat)
