Beschäftigungsperspektiven von Treuhandunternehmen

Abstract

"Bei einer schriftlichen Befragung aller rd. 8500 Treuhand-Unternehmen machten 5269 Antwortbetriebe mit rd. 75% aller Beschäftigten in Treuhandfirmen folgende Angaben: - Nach einem Beschäftigungsabbau um 800 000 im 1. Halbjahr 1991 erwarten Treuhandfirmen im 2. Halbjahr einen weiteren Beschäftigungsabbau um 550 000 Arbeitnehmer. Nach weiterem Rückgang 1992 dürfte sich die Beschäftigung 1993 bei rd. 1,3 Mio. Arbeitnehmern stabilisieren. - Für 54% des abgebauten Personals gab es im 1. Halbjahr 1991 Alternativen zur Arbeitslosigkeit: Andere und neue Arbeitsplätze in Ost und West, ABM, Qualifizierung oder vorgezogener Ruhestand. Die übrigen 46% sind betriebsbedingt gekündigt worden und somit besonders von Arbeitslosigkeit bedroht. - Treuhandfirmen erwarten in großer Zahl Ausgründungen, Betriebskäufe durch das Management und Auffanggesellschaften zur Qualifizierung und Beschäftigung. - Der Bruttodurchschnittslohn im April 1991 betrug in den erfaßten Treuhandunternehmen DM 1530,-. Weit höhere Löhne werden in Unternehmen mit steigender Beschäftigung gezahlt." (Autorenreferat)
