Zur Arbeitsmarktsituation der Ausländer in der Bundesrepublik

Abstract

Im Rahmen der Arbeitsmarktvorausschau 1987/1988 des IAB wurden auch die Entwicklungstendenzen der Erwerbstätigkeit und Erwerbslosigkeit von in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland lebenden Ausländern untersucht. "Ihre Erwerbsbeteiligung ist in den letzten Jahren stark rückläufig gewesen, wobei allerdings Besonderheiten des Zugangs zum deutschen Arbeitsmarkt (z.B. für nachgereiste Familienangehörige und Flüchtlinge) zu beachten sind. Modellrechnungen und Befragungsergebnisse lassen erkennen, daß das Ausmaß der Unterbeschäftigung von Ausländern noch höher zu veranschlagen ist, als nach der bisherigen Potentialschätzung anzunehmen war."
