Der Arbeitsmarkt in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in den Jahren 1985 und 1986

Abstract

Für den Arbeitsmarkt war das Jahr 1985 zugleich von Licht und Schatten geprägt. Sowohl die Beschäftigung als auch die Arbeitslosigkeit sind gestiegen. Das Arbeitskräfteangebot wird 1986 weiter zunehmen. Bei einem Wirtschaftswachstum von 3 % wird damit gerechnet, dass die Arbeitslosenzahl 1986 um 75000 zurückgeht. Kurzarbeit, Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahmen und die Weiterbildungsförderung haben 1985 wieder dazu beigetragen, dass die Arbeitslosigkeit nicht stärker angestiegen ist. Berücksichtigt man auch die neue Vorruhestandsregelung, beträgt die Entlastung im Jahresdurchschnitt rund 310000 Personen. (IAB)
