Abstract

"Der Beitrag faßt die wesentlichen Ergebnisse einer repräsentativen Umfrage sowie ergänzender Tiefeninterviews bei türkischen Haushaltsvorständen, Arbeitnehmern und Arbeitslosen, im Raum Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland zusammen, die im Auftrag der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit und des CIM-Centrums für internationale Migration und Entwicklung (Frankfurt) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IAB im Herbst 1982 bis Frühjahr 1983 durch das isoplan-Institut für Entwicklungsforschung, Wirtschafts- und Sozialplanung (Saarbrücken und Bonn) durchgeführt wurde. Ausgehend von der Entwicklung und heutigen Situation der türkischen Arbeitsmigration werden die Ergebnisse der Befragung zu den Rückkehr- und Verbleibabsichten, zum Sparverhalten und zu den beruflichen Plänen für die Zeit nach der Rückkehr dargestellt und daraus Ansatzpunkte einer differenzierten Integrations- und Reintegrationspolitik abgeleitet."
