Arbeitsplatz Büro : Beruf, Qualifikation und Arbeitsplatzsituation im Wandel

Abstract

"Mit dem Beitrag wird eine empirisch überprüfte Systematik der Büroberufe vorgestellt, die es ermöglicht, Berufe, Qualifikation und Arbeitsplatzsituation im Bürobereich zu analysieren. U.a. wird aus den Ergebnissen deutlich, daß - mehr als 27% der Erwerbstätigen (bei Frauen ein Drittel, bei Männern fast ein Viertel) heute in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland im Büro arbeiten (1960 war es jeder 5. Erwerbstätige); - fast die Hälfte aller in den Büros und Verwaltungen tätigen Berufsangehörigen Frauen sind (im Zeitraum 1961-1980 hat sich ihre Zahl um 1,4 Mio. oder 65% erhöht); - im Bürobereich, vor allem auch in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben durch den Einsatz programmgesteuerter Arbeitsmittel, neue, noch nicht absehbare Veränderungen der Arbeitsinhalte und Anforderungen auftreten; - in einigen Bereichen der Büroberufe, vor allem bei Infrastruktur-Tätigkeiten (Schreib- und Rechentätigkeiten) Arbeitslosigkeit zu einem Risikofaktor wird; - sich die Qualifikationsstruktur der in Büroberufen Tätigen im letzten Jahrzehnt erheblich verbessert hat: Der Anteil ungelernter Kräfte ging um 12% zurück (bei Frauen um 16%, bei Männern um 10%). Der Zuwachs an qualifizierten Kräften vollzieht sich bei Männern primär auf der höheren Ebene (Fachhochschule, Hochschule), bei Frauen dagegen auf mittlerem Niveau (Lehre, Fachschule etc.)."
