Die Wirksamkeit von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Vermittlungsaussichten für Arbeitslose nach § 41a AFG

Abstract

"1. Im Jahre 1979 wurde mit der Einführung des §41a in das Arbeitsförderungsgesetz ein neuer Typ von Bildungsmaßnahmen vor allem für längerfristige Arbeitslose geschaffen, in denen in vier- bis sechswöchigen Lehrgängen die Vermittelbarkeit und Bereitschaft der Arbeitslosen zur Teilnahme an beruflicher Weiterbildung verbessert werden soll (sog. 41a-Maßnahmen). 2. Das IAB hat im Spätsommer 1981 ca. 1200 Teilnehmer an 41a-Maßnahmen befragt, die zwischen Januar und April 1981 einen solchen Lehrgang besucht hatten. Ziel der Befragung war, Informationen über die Zusammensetzung der Teilnehmer, deren Einschätzung des Lehrgangs sowie über ihren Berufsverlauf nach der Bildungsmaßnahme zu erhalten."
