Auswirkungen technisch-organisatorischer Änderungen auf Arbeitskräfte im Einzelhandel

Abstract

"Die rund 200 000 Betriebe des Einzelhandels führten im Jahr der Untersuchung rd. 40 000 Änderungen durch, die Auswirkungen auf Arbeitskräfte hatten. Die Änderungsintensität im Einzelhandel ist damit deutlich geringer als die der Industrie, die in vergleichbaren Betrieben (mit mehr als 20 Beschäftigten), doppelt so viele Änderungen vornahm. Am häufigsten betrafen die Änderungen die Beschaffung zusätzlicher Räume, die Gründung neuer Abteilungen, organisatorische Änderungen aber auch die Stillegung von bestehenden Abteilungen. Wichtigste Änderungsgründe waren einerseits Unwirtschaftlichkeit bzw- andererseits Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit." (Autorenreferat)
