Evaluierung der ersten Schulbesprechung der Berufsberatung der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit

Abstract

"Im Rahmen einer Pilotstudie zur Evaluierung der Orientierungsmaßnahmen der Berufsberatung der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit sollen u.a. Erkenntnisse insbesondere zu folgenden Fragen empirisch ermittelt werden: Wie wird die Berufsberatung von Haupt- und Realschülern vor der 1. Schulbesprechung wahrgenommen, welche Erwartungen richten diese Schüler an die 1. Schulbesprechungen, lassen sich typische Strukturen und Verläufe der Schulbesprechungen erkennen und welche Wirkungen haben die Schulbesprechungen bei den Schülern. Zur Beantwortung der Fragen wurde ein experimenteller Ansatz gewählt, in dem 463 Schüler befragt und 29 Schulbesprechungen in 2 Arbeitsämtern eines Landesarbeitsamtes beobachtet wurden."
