Neue Formen der Jungarbeiterbildung. Theoretische Erträge und praktische Ansätze des Modellversuchs "JUBA"
Abstract
"Aus den Erfahrungen und Befunden, die im Rahmen der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung verschiedener beruflicher Förderungsmaßnahmen für Jugendliche, insbesondere des Modellversuchs "JUBA" der Firma Philips, Wetzlar, gesammelt wurden, wird zunächst eine 'Theorie der Jungarbeiter' skizziert. Diese Theorie versucht, die Berufsstartschwierigkeiten dieser Jugendlichen aus einer Unvereinbarkeit des in der Primärsozialisation 'milieukonform' erworbenen und des im Beruf verlangten Handlungsmusters zu erklären. Durch die starren Eingangsforderungen, die berufliche Bildungs- und Arbeitsprozesse ohne Rücksicht auf individuelle Besonderheiten stellen, werden diese spezifischen Handlungsmuster der Kinder von Ungelernten erst zu 'sozialen Defiziten', damit zum Anlaß, sie von weiterführenden Bildungsprozessen auszuschließen. So werden sie schließlich zum Ausgangspunkt persönlicher Deformationen und Entwicklungsabbrüche. Neue berufliche und gesellschaftliche Chancen werden diesen Jugendlichen nur dann eröffnet, wenn es gelingt, in Bildungsmaßnahmen, die auf ihren blockierten Entwicklungsstand Rücksicht nehmen, jene grundlegenden persönlichen Fähigkeiten, die ihnen vorenthalten blieben, nachträglich zu entwickeln. Dazu scheint insbesondere der Versuch der Firma Philips, der auf dem Konzept einer Verbindung von Arbeiten und Lernen beruht und vor allem künstlerisch-handwerkliche Übungen einsetzt, im Sinne einer eigenständigen 'Jungarbeiterbildung' richtungsweisend zu sein."Download Info
