Transformationsprobleme in ausgewaehlten Wissenschafts- und Praxisbereichen - Eine Literaturuebersicht

Abstract

"Die folgende Literaturuebersicht basiert auf dem im vorangehenden Aufsatz (Fenger) gegebenen Problemaufriss zur Frage der Umsetzung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in praxisrelevante Handlungsorientierungen und Entscheidungshilfen. Die Unzulaenglichkeit saemtlicher bisheriger Transformationsbemuehungen wird vor allem an jenen Nahtstellen zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis offensichtlich, denen die Aufgabe der Umsetzung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse fuer die Praxis obliegt. Einige dieser Problembereiche gesellschaftlicher Praxis werden hier herausgegriffen und im Hinblick auf die dort jeweils entstehenden Transformationsprobleme analysiert. Anhand dieser Problemskizzen werden einzelne sozialwissenschaftliche Forschungsansaetze referiert, die einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Planung und Strategie von Transformationsprozessen leisten koennen."
