Abstract

La crise economique et financiere a mis au jour de serieuses defaillances dans la cooperation, la coordination, la coherence et la confiance entre les pays membres europeens. L’article est articule autour de la « lutte a la corde politique » dont nous temoignons actuellement en Europe, prenant comme exemple la dichotomie entre ceux qui plaident pour une approche territorialisee du developpement ( placed-based approach ) et ceux qui suivent le point de vue qui plaide fortement en faveur de l'approche «spatialement aveugle» des politiques regionales de developpement.
