Abstract

Al momento presente y atendiendo a las recomendaciones de la Comisión Europea, en el marco de una mejora de la gobernanza económica, en España se han iniciado los trabajos relativos a la creación de una Oficina de Responsabilidad Fiscal. Ya se han dado los primeros pasos con la elaboración del Proyecto de Ley Orgánica de creación de dicha Oficina. Lo que está claro es que el Consejo Fiscal Español debe ser una apuesta prioritaria que merece la pena tener en cuenta a la hora de plantear una estrategia innovadora y prestigiosa de política económica.
