Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objeto analizar las consecuencias del reconocimiento de la responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas en sede del delito de defraudación tributaria; para ello van a estudiarse, en primer término, las últimas modificaciones legislativas acaecidas a este respecto, para pasar a abordar, ya en un momento posterior, las repercusiones derivadas de la comisión de un delito fiscal por dichas entidades.
