Sovjetska Industrijalizacijska Debata: Sukob Preobraå½Enski €“ Buharin

Abstract

U radu se analizira sovjetska debata o industrijalizaciji, posebno sukob dvojice njenih protagonista – Preobraženskog i Buharina. Period sovjetske debate, 1922/23-1927/28, bio je najdinamiÄ niji i najkreativniji period sovjetske ekonomske misli, ali i pun proturjeÄ ja. Njegov kraj bio je presudni moment jaÄ anja procesa iz kojih će se kasnije razviti staljinizam. Utoliko je znaÄ ajnija borba politiÄ kih i ekonomskih ideja izmeÄ‘u teorijsko-ideoloÅ¡kih struja boljÅ¡eviÄ ke partije, personificiranih u likovima dvojice glavnih partijskih ekonomista. Osnovna je teza rada da je pobjeda Buharinovih ekonomskih pogleda u konaÄ nici vodila ukidanju nove ekonomske politike i nasilnoj kolektivizaciji, odnosno rupturi radniÄ ko-seljaÄ kog saveza, iako to nije bila Buharinova namjera niti cilj njegove politike. Usporedno s time, poraz Preobraženskog oznaÄ io je pobjedu teorije socijalizma u jednoj zemlji. U tom smislu, ove Ä injenice pružaju poneÅ¡to drugaÄ ije pojaÅ¡njenje historijske uloge Buharina i Preobraženskog od onih koje im se Ä esto pripisuju.
