Abstract

Миграционный прирост населения сокращается. Ресурс долговременной миграции, в том числе и внутристрановой, истощился. При этом уменьшается численность иностранных граждан, временно находящихся на территории России. Хотя причины этих процессов разные – в первом случае речь идет отчасти о статистическом эффекте, а во втором, скорее, – об ужесточении миграционного законодательства, в целом можно говорить о том, что миграция перестает вносить серьезный вклад и в демографическую ситуацию, и в ситуацию на рынке труда.
