Текущее Состояние И Перспективы Развития Цифровой Экономики В России

Abstract

Цифровая экономика активно развивается в России и в мире. В последние годы этот процесс в нашей стране сталкивается как с ускоряющими, так и с тормозящими его трендами. В статье исследована роль цифровой экономики и показан ее быстрый рост, но в то же время ограниченное влияние на социально-экономическое развитие России, а также незначительная роль страны в области цифровой экономики в общемировом масштабе на основе сравнения показателей ее развития с другими государствами. В результате предложены три потенциально возможных направления развития цифровой экономики в будущем: цифровая автаркия, «разворот на Восток» и ориентация на технологии «послезавтрашнего дня». Ключевыми факторами успеха при любом выборе будут правильное видение результатов цифровой трансформации, политическая воля государства и готовность науки и бизнеса включиться в процесс разработки и реализации прорывных решений.
