Abstract

Усиление ориентации на внутренний рынок поддерживается государственными финансово-экономическими мерами и активной адаптацией российского бизнеса к новым реалиям внешнеэкономических, транспортно-логистических взаимодействий. Формирование новых транспортных маршрутов и альтернативных рынков привело к стабилизации ситуации в добыче полезных ископаемых. В обрабатывающих производствах динамика определяется характером распределения шоков по видам деятельности и механизмами адаптации производственно-технологических процессов к новой конфигурации рынков материалов, комплектующих, инвестиционных товаров и технологий. Позитивный вклад строительства и сельского хозяйства сдерживает влияние негативных факторов на экономическую динамику. Центром экономической политики является обеспечение сбалансированности производства и доступности общего и критически важного импорта совокупному спросу внутреннего рынка.
