Исполнение Федерального Бюджета За Январь-Сентябрь 2022 Г

Abstract

Федеральный бюджет по итогам первых девяти месяцев 2022 г. исполнен с профицитом в 54,7 млрд руб. Динамика доходов замедляется, причем рост рентных доходов на 1,4 п.п. ВВП относительно аналогичного периода предыдущего года уже не компенсирует падения ненефтегазовых поступлений на 2,0 п.п. ВВП. Вероятно, доходы федерального бюджета по итогам года составят порядка 19% ВВП. Исполнение бюджета по расходам за первые три квартала 2022 г. идет с опережением темпов прошлого года и достигло 18,8% ВВП, что на 1,2 п.п. ВВП больше, чем годом ранее. Рост расходов вызван в основном увеличением финансирования закрытых статей. По нашим оценкам, объем бюджетных расходов за весь 2022 г. может превысить 20% ВВП.
