Региональные Бюджеты По Итогам Января-Июля 2022 Г. Сохраняют Достаточную Финансовую Устойчивость

Abstract

По итогам первых семи месяцев 2022 г. рост доходов консолидированных бюджетов субъектов РФ опередил рост бюджетных расходов и уровень инфляции, что говорит о сохранении достаточного уровня финансовой устойчивости регионов. В структуре расходов затраты на национальную экономику все больше вытесняют расходы на общегосударственные вопросы, образование и культуру. Экстренные меры федерального центра по замещению регионального коммерческого долга бюджетными кредитами способствовали как сокращению расходов на обслуживание долга, так и общему снижению риска неисполнения региональных долговых обязательств.
