Abstract

Основную неопределенность на мировом рынке нефти во второй половине 2022 г. будут создавать: санкции в отношении экспорта российской нефти и нефтепродуктов, их масштабы и период действия, а также возможность и условия продления сделки ОПЕК+. Работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации (тема «Потенциал трансформации и риски развития сегментов российского энергетического сектора в условиях постепенного вытеснения ископаемых видов топлива возобновляемыми источниками энергии»).
