Abstract

В статье освещаются позитивные изменения, произошедшие в 2021 г. в переходе России к низкоуглеродному режиму: была утверждена Стратегия низкоуглеродного развития до 2050 г., активно проводилась климатическая дипломатия и др., а также предприняты первые шаги по декарбонизации в практической сфере – для проведения региональных экспериментов был выбран Сахалин. Проанализированы перспективы развития альтернативной энергетики. Рассмотрено влияние на энергетический переход геополитических факторов, таких как проведение специальной военной операции на Украине и антироссийские санкции Запада. Предполагается, что геополитические факторы окажут гораздо большее влияние на энергетический переход в России, чем изменение климата, а в Европе можно ожидать более радикальной стратегии сокращения выбросов и энергетического перехода.
