Abstract

В последние годы перед университетской наукой ставятся задачи обеспечения совместно с научными институтами технологического прогресса и подготовки современных кадров для экономики и социальной сферы. Государство выделяет значительные бюджетные средства, поддерживая научные исследования в вузах. Тем не менее доля финансирования вузовской науки в России по-прежнему невелика и в среднем составляет только 12% от общего объема доходов вузов.
