Abstract

Тенденции 2021 г. и начала 2022 г. подтверждают репутацию рынка акций российских компаний как одного из самых доходных и волатильных рынков в мире. Новым трендом в его развитии стало вовлечение в инвестиции в акции миллионов частных инвесторов, которые стали играть ведущую роль в поддержании ликвидности и стабильности биржевого рынка акций. Это порождает новые вызовы для государственного регулирования в части создания необходимой среды для стабильности и информационной прозрачности внутреннего рынка акций и безопасности вложений в акции внутренних частных сбережений.
