Abstract

Восстановление роста ВВП в первом полугодии 2021 г. поддерживалось опережающим ростом инвестиций в основной капитал, динамикой строительного комплекса и обрабатывающих производств при увеличении вклада чистого экспорта. Рост доходов и сбережений определил возможность расширения ресурсной базы инвестиционно-строительной деятельности в условиях адаптации пространственно-территориальной, отраслевой и видовой динамики к растущему внутреннему и внешнему спросу. Ускорение роста жилищного строительства поддерживалось увеличенным спросом на жилье при действии льготных ипотечных программ и мотивации населения к практическому решению проблем повышения комфортности жизнедеятельности.
