Abstract

переговорах по продлению сделки ОПЕК+. Взамен ОАЭ поддержали предложение о продлении текущей сделки до конца 2022 г. и ежемесячном увеличении странами–участницами ОПЕК+ общей добычи нефти на 400 тыс. барр./сут. Это позволяет России вернуться на докризисный уровень добычи нефти в 10,5 млн барр./сут. уже в мае 2022 г. за счет наращивания производства на 100 тыс. барр./сут. с августа 2021 г. Сохраняется угроза негативного влияния на рынок нефти увеличения во всем мире числа случаев заражения новыми штаммами коронавируса. Работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания РАНХиГС (тема «Оценка влияния рыночных и фискальных факторов ценовой динамики на потребление нефтепродуктов»).
