Abstract

Налоговая информация становится важным источником данных для раскрытия не только налоговых, но и других финансовых преступлений, связанных, например, с коррупцией, отмыванием денежных средств, полученных преступным путем, и др. Даже после создания правовых рамок для обмена данными между компетентными органами внутри стран остается вопрос о возможности использования данных, полученных от зарубежных коллег. Одной из проблем системы автоматического обмена по зарубежным счетам является целевое ограничение использования данных, что препятствует полномасштабному их использованию для борьбы с финансовыми преступлениями. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС.
