Abstract

С 2018 г. группа развитых и развивающихся стран готовит для рассмотрения в ВТО новые правила по ограничению государственного субсидирования и детализацию критериев рыночной экономики. Реализация данных норм допускает применение ограничений (в том числе дискриминационного характера) во внешнеэкономической сфере к странам с нерыночной экономикой. Прежде всего это может касаться деятельности на внешних рынках госкомпаний и предприятий с государственным участием, что создает риски для России. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
