Abstract

Одним из основных факторов сокращения предложения и, соответственно, роста цен на нефть в первом квартале 2021 г. стало добровольное решение Саудовской Аравии в рамках соглашения ОПЕК+ о дополнительном уменьшении своих объемов добычи на 1 млн барр./сут. Это привело к рекордному исполнению сделки в феврале 2021 г., которое составило 115%. Потенциальным фактором риска для динамики нефтяных цен является принятое на 15-й встрече ОПЕК+ решение о наращивании объемов добычи во втором квартале 2021 г. одновременно с быстрым ростом числа заражений коронавирусом в азиатских странах.
