Abstract

К концу 2020 г. российский товарооборот, несмотря на неполный возврат мировых цен на энергоносители к докризисным показателям, в целом преодолел падение, вызванное пандемией. Восстановление оборота услуг происходит медленнее из-за сохраняющихся ограничений на поездки. Экспорт энергетических и сырьевых товаров в 2020 г. упал в годовом выражении на 35% в результате снижения мировых цен на энергоресурсы. Несырьевой неэнергетический экспорт (ННЭ) вырос на 4,1% за счет трехкратного увеличения продаж золота. Без учета вывоза золота ННЭ сократился на 4,3% при снижении экспортных цен (-4,1%), в том числе на металлы, химическую продукцию и древесину. Экспорт высокотехнологичных товаров уменьшился на 14% из-за сокращения физических объемов вывоза. Импорт товаров в 2020 г. снизился относительно предыдущего года на 5,3%. Пандемия вызвала четырехкратное падение оборота в сфере поездок, что привело к значительному снижению экспорта (-28%) и импорта (-36%) услуг.
