Abstract

В течение последних двух лет на фондовые рынки России и США пришли миллионы новых частных инвесторов, однако их численность в Российской Федерации существенно завышается. На обоих рынках частные инвесторы сталкиваются с рисками их вовлечения в спекулятивные сделки. На российском рынке наблюдаются неблагоприятные экономические и правовые условия для долгосрочных сбережений в рискованных активах, что обусловливает преобладание в финансовых активах домашних хозяйств депозитов и наличных денежных средств.
