Abstract

Статус России как международного донора был подтвержден Правительством РФ в кризисный 2020-й год. Большая доля российской помощи (более 44%) в 2020 г. была связана со списанием долговых обязательств. Россия внесла вклад также в предоставление международной гуманитарной помощи, содействуя борьбе с распространением коронавирусной инфекции. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС в 2021 г.
