Abstract

Проблема долгосрочной устойчивости системы обязательного пенсионного страхования (ОПС) Российской Федерации находится в высокой степени зависимости от тенденций на рынке труда. Их анализ, а также построенные на их основе сценарные прогнозы свидетельствуют о наличии рисков, способных в будущем привести к снижению объема страховых взносов относительно ВВП.
