Abstract

В 2021 г. американские власти усилили ограничения в отношении российских экспортеров как по количеству барьеров, так и по применению новых инструментов, в частности, на основании критериев искажения «рыночных практик» и – «субсидирования экспорта» в России. Указанные меры могут не только серьезно осложнить доступ на рынок США отечественных компаний, но и увеличить их финансовые потери. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
