Проект Федерального Бюджета На 2022–2024 Годы: Обеспечение Устойчивости Государственных Финансов

Abstract

Отличительными чертами проекта федерального бюджета на 2022–2024 годы являются незначительный рост доходной части бюджета, заметное сокращение в долях ВВП бюджетных трат и их перераспределение по сравнению с пандемической структурой государственных расходов, поддержание профицитного сальдо. Основной целью бюджетной политики в пределах трехлетнего горизонта будет оставаться обеспечение устойчивости государственных финансов. Среди инструментов такого обеспечения – бюджетное правило и накопление резервных средств в Фонде национального благосостояния (ФНБ) на случай негативного сценария развития ситуации в мировой экономике.
