Abstract

В статье представлен рейтинг субъектов РФ по характеру использования современных образовательных технологий в разрезе четырех групп регионов, дифференцированных по уровню экономического развития. Зафиксированы неравномерность развития и значительная поляризация региональных систем СПО России. Исследование показало, что достигнутые в регионах рейтинговые значения формируются разными наборами показателей, составляющих Индекс образовательных технологий. Их анализ позволяет определять резервы и актуальные направления синхронизации деятельности систем СПО субъектов РФ с потребностями экономики региона посредством усиления гибкости и мобильности образовательно-технологического оснащения программ. Статья подготовлена по результатам выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС на 2021 год «Сопоставительный анализ субъектов Российской Федерации по уровню направленности их систем среднего профессионального образования на потребности социально-экономического развития региона».
