Abstract

По итогам 2020 г. в кризисных условиях инфляция ускорилась до 4,9%, превысив целевой ориентир ЦБ РФ на 0,9 п.п. В первой половине 2020 г. в результате масштабного снижения потребительского спроса инфляция находилась ниже целевого ориентира. Во второй половине года влияние проинфляционных факторов усилилось. После поэтапного снижения ключевой ставки с 6,25% годовых в январе 2020 г. до 4,25% годовых в июле 2020 г. Банк России приостановил смягчение монетарной политики. В первой половине 2021 г. ускорение инфляции продолжится, однако, по нашим оценкам, к концу года она окажется вблизи целевого ориентира Банка России.
