Abstract

В 1-м полугодии 2013 г. построено 278,2 тыс. квартир общей площадью 22,6 млн кв. м. Средняя фактическая стоимость строительства 1 кв. м общей площади за 1-е полугодие 2013 г. увеличилась на 11,8% по сравнению с 1-м полугодием 2012 г. и составила 35628 руб., а соотношение между ценой 1 кв. м жилья общей площади на первичном рынке жилья и стоимостью строительства 1 кв. м жилья уменьшилось за тот же срок на 7,0 п.п. и составило 138,5%. Объем регистраций права собственности физических лиц на земельные участки в 1-м полугодии 2013 г. увеличился по сравнению с 1-м полугодием 2012 г. на 5,9%. В январе–июле 2013 г. предоставлено 410880 ИЖК на сумму 663,6 млрд руб., что на 28,1% превышает денежный объем ИЖК, выданных в январе–июле 2012 г. В июле 2013 г. средневзвешенная за месяц ставка по ИЖК в рублях снизилась до 12,5%.
