Мигранты Теряют Интерес К России

Abstract

По данным за неполный год, миграционный прирост населения России в 2015 г. окажется ниже, чем в 2013–2014 гг. При этом мобильность российского населения не находится на низком уровне – число внутри российских перемещений, фиксируемых статистикой, превзойдет 4 млн чел., т.е. будет вдвое выше, чем в 2000-е годы, и достигнет уровня 1980–1990 гг. Численность иностранных трудовых мигрантов начинает снижаться, данные уже можно интерпретировать как потерю интереса к российскому рынку труда у небольшой, правда, части трудовых мигрантов. В перспективе численность иностранных граждан из стран – членов ЕАЭС в России останется на высоком уровне, а из других стран СНГ – будет снижаться. При этом 2015 г. отличается ухудшением ситуации с легализацией иностранных работников на российском рынке труда.
