Abstract

Эффективность проведения политики импортозамещения в России в настоящий момент определяется несколькими факторами: доступностью необходимых объемов финансирования и процедурами их использования, наличием спроса и особенностями цепочек добавленной стоимости импортозамещаемой продукции, а также возможностью сохранения уровня внутренней конкуренции. В настоящее время стремление активизировать процессы импортозамещения вызвано в большей степени необходимостью компенсировать негативные последствия реализовавшихся геополитических и экономических рисков, а не стремлением сформировать предпосылки для развития благоприятных институциональных условий, обеспечения макроэкономической стабильности и снижения зависимости от внеш- них колебаний конъюнктуры.
